Radon Surveys & Remediation

FESCO Environmental Group is equipped to perform radon testing in any residential or industrial site. These investigations are conducted on the request of the residents or necessitated by the real estate transaction contract upon sale of the particular property. In certain areas, where presence of naturally occurring radon is more prominent. the surveys are conducted on a routine basis.

In locations where hazardous levels of radon presence are detected, additional, long term testing is initiated. Further validation of the elevated results is followed by the remediation activities to assure that radon gas presence is eliminated.

All of the above work is conducted by our highly trained specialists following the EPA testing and investigating methodologies.
