PHASE I - The initial site evaluation is conducted to assess the historical site use, evidence of potentially toxic material presence such as asbestos, PCB, lead and others; evidence of soil or area contamination; presence of underground storage tanks; review of the Historic site information and governmental records including all of the deeds and detauiked site survey. The information is compiled in the final report. The entire survey is conducted following the ASTM Environmental Audit protocol by our Certified Environmental Assessment personnel. 

PHASE II- A comprehensive site evaluation is conducted by collection of representative samples of the soil, water and potentially toxic materials identified inside and outside of the substances in question. A final comprehensive report is compiled identifying the parameters present at the site. The final decontamination protocol and clean-up methadologies are identified based on the areas identifed as contaminated and the nature and concentration of the present contaminants. Development of the final site clean-up protocol. 

PHASE III - Conducting overall implementation of the clean-up protocol from enfineering and labor aspects. Final site evaluation to ensure full completion of the decontaimnation process.
